Deburring is the art of removing micro burrs by hand, and in most cases, while utilizing a microscope. All of our deburring is done in-house by our trained technicians with such materials such as PEEK, Teflon, SST, Ultem, Delrin & ABS. Quality Control is key here and this way we maintain control of our own work. It lessens the possibility of loss and/or damage of your product and maintains Lean Manufacturing processes.
